Multi-Hotel Spa Environments
Pure can support environments where one spa operation serves more than one hotel, where the project architecture allows it.

Oracle OPERA Cloud
Connect spa operations with the hotel environment.
Pure Informatique connects Booker with Oracle OPERA Cloud to support hotel guest workflows, room charging and detailed financial posting for hotel and resort spas.
Architecture
Oracle OPERA Cloud is the hotel PMS. It manages reservations, the guest stay and the room account.
Booker is the spa management platform. It manages appointments, resources, guests and spa sales.
Booker connects with Oracle OPERA Cloud for hotel guest, room charging and financial workflows. Pure Informatique provides this integration for hotel and resort spa environments, working with the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP).
Workflows
Where configured, spa teams can retrieve relevant hotel guest and room information from OPERA Cloud as part of the spa workflow.
Eligible spa charges can be sent to the guest room account in OPERA Cloud.
A transaction is only considered posted once OPERA Cloud confirms it. The exact workflow depends on each hotel's configuration.
Pure Informatique can map spa revenue categories and payment flows to OPERA Cloud transaction codes. Each hotel uses the categories relevant to its own accounting.
Accounting requirements differ by property and by group. Pure Informatique configures mappings and workflows according to the hotel's accounting structure.
Pure can support environments where one spa operation serves more than one hotel, where the project architecture allows it.
Posting errors and rejected transactions are visible, so teams can identify integration issues quickly.
Luxury hospitality
The integration is used in luxury hotels, resorts, hotel groups and high-volume hotel spas, where spa revenue must reach the hotel folio accurately.
